Heat Treatment
Elite Tool & Design, Inc has several heat-treating ovens and hardness testing equipment to allow us to meet and check your part hardness requirements.
Honing
The shop has a honing machine for accurately and precisely honing inside diameters from .060” to 6.500” to a fine finish.
Elite Tool & Design, Inc can provide welding services using our Miller welder with MIG, TIG, and stick welding capabilities.
Surface Finishing
We have a variety of surface finishing treatments available, including: black oxide, hard anodizing, titanium nitride, and hard chrome plating.
Part Inspection Services
Elite Tool & Design, Inc has two optical comparators and part inspection equipment to ensure all parts meet your specifications. We can include detailed inspection reports as requested. Elite is currently seeking ISO 9000/9001 certification.
